It started in the US when from the US Military Fitness Program aerobic was born for the civilian sector. Ten years ago the British Army presented the British Military Fitness to the general public. All those developments were good and have been succeessful.
However, today challenges are different, more powerful and absolute Therefore we think the has come to offer the most ultimate fitness program which human will could create. That of the Korean Special Forces.

The fitness- programm of the Korean Army is not only legendary for its toughness but most of all for its efficiency. Special featres of the training are,
Features - Outdoor training / changing locations
- At each weather / climate
- Body and Will power training by military drill
A previously agreed code word protects you against excessive demand. In this way you decide on your own in which group you will reach best results. It is our task to recognize and extend your limits.
Groups - Beginners / White
- Advanced / Green
- Elite / Black
Training takes place in different locations under the prevailing weather conditions. as practiced in the Korean Army run courses with steeple-chase sections are composed with stop points. For the elite group other elements like night and water will be added. In all groups cold shower is the norm.

Korean systems for Military and Martial Arts have been taught since centuries. There they are known under the name
